Before we go offline for a while....

We move in to our house on March 1st! We're thrilled. So that means we'll be incommunicado via internet until we get our internet set up. A bit uncertain about how long that will take. So in the meantime, here are a few pictures to keep you all happy. And thanks for the comments--it's wonderful to know people are actually reading this blog! :)

Kate, beaming after she won at Chutes and Ladders.

Every sci-fi princess needs her own steed. (She's trying to peek at me under her "Geordi" visor, that's why her face is tilted like that,)

This is to ask you to please pray for Ellie. I ended up having to take her to the German ER this afternoon because of her high fever. They diagnosed her with a bacterial infection so we have antibiotics, eye drops, and tylenol to give her. Thank the Lord she's ok, and I'm so thankful we were able to get her seen. It's a crazy story about getting to the ER, but the craziest part is when Jon tried to join me from work his "new" car broke down. So now we're dealing with that as well. We really do appreciate all prayers!

Kate and Mom, horsing around.

The girls' new favorite game: flips. Daddy is the best at it and they love it!

So long to the hotel which has been a great temporary home (despite all the illness). Again, we are so excited to get in to our own house and have our own "stuff" around us. We'll be back when the dust settles and the internet is hooked up.

What a joyous group of photos...except, of course, for poor, sweet Ellie! Do pray the antibiotics have kicked in. Love seeing Kate play a game! Also, that pic of Ellie dressed up is so fun. Playing w/ Mom and Dad, the best of all. God graces us with such joy as we watch you share this adventure w/ such togetherness. We will look forward to the day when a new blog arrives from your new home. Buckets of love, G+P

I am so happy that you will be moving to your new home! But, I must say, you seemed to have some semblance of a "normal" life, even while living in a hotel. Good job!
