We're Still Here!

Hello to you, our blog viewers. Long time, no update! We are sorry for the delay. Just a quick update on what's going on with us--our computer died a while ago and we have not finished reloading all the important applications on the new one yet. So that's why there aren't any pictures with this post! But we are working to get it straightened out. We're now eight months pregnant, due 27 May, and are anxiously awaiting the arrival of young Pip. Poor Kate has no idea what's in store! Kate is a daily joy--now she knows her colors and can identify them. She had an "owie" not long ago and though hers has healed, she's infinitely glad to find Daddy has one and asks to see it often. She loves to go outside and asks to go on a daily basis, which is great exercise for her mommy as mommy has to waddle pretty quickly behind her to keep up. Toddler pace continues to quicken!

We are still waiting to put our house on the market. Though we've been working at decluttering and sorting for quite a while now, we're still waiting for the policy of the Housing Assistance Program (part of the stimulus package) to come through to see what kind of government assistance we could get because of the depreciation of our house since we bought it. Kind of an important thing! So we wait. We are praying that we can go on the market and find a buyer before Pip arrives...but as the policy still has not been released (now the tentative date is 15 May) we are thinking we'll have to be ready to show with a newborn and a toddler in the house. Hmmmm. Should be interesting! Of course, it could be worse--we could have to actually move around the time of Pip's birth. So we are grateful that's not us and we are excited to see how the Lord will work everything out for His glory.

We had a wonderful visit from Nana Minnery that we want to post pictures from but that too will have to wait. Thanks to Nana for all her wonderful help and more on that to come.

So that's a short update on us. Check back (hopefully) soon for new pics.

Hi Luminati family,
I'm so glad you are blogging a little again. Losing your computer puts a real cramp in regular blogging. But your schedule also puts a real cramp in regular blogging. I was so happy to be able to be of help to you. But, I don't understand why Jon didn't want to study my skill of replacing the caulking in the shower. There will be many moves in your future and I'm can't be the only one capable to that job? It was great to be with you. I'm glad Angeline is growing nicely and will be making her way to the outside world. I know Kate is going to have a shock when Emily arrives. Well, that's all for now. Hugs and kisses,

You can do it! Hang in there! I know God is guiding you. We had newborn twins & a 2 yr old, and our miracle was- house went on the market Dec. 7, sold Jan 4 (the day the twins turned 3 mo), and we moved 2 weeks later. I know the Lord can certainly do that for you! Hope you are getting rest and we're praying for you during this very exciting time in life. Blessings!
